Early intervention and treatment concerning substance abuse or problem gambling
Substance Abuse Services (13+ years) - confidential assessment and treatment of all substance use (except tobacco) * ongoing case management, outpatient counselling and aftercare to facilitate recovery * consultations to employers, families and professionals * community education program
Walk-in Intake for Substance Abuse Concerns (13+ years) - clients or concerned others can walk-in to be screened and directed to the appropriate program or next step * 1:15-3:30 Monday and Thursday afternoons at 200 Queen St, Ste 260, London
Problem Gambling Services (13+ years) - ext 234 - assessment, referral and community-based outpatient treatment for problem gamblers, using a client centred approach for support with abstinence, moderation or harm reduction goals * consultation and ongoing counselling also provided for concerned/significant others * weekly men’s and women’s support groups * specialized counselling for youth * counsellors are able to also work on substance use issues if requested * email and telephone consultations available * consultations and presentations available to professionals and community groups * 1-8 Monday * 1-8 Tuesday * 8:30-4:30 Wednesday-Friday (closed 12-1)
Heartspace Program Services (mother with child 0-6 years) - ext 222 - a prevention and early identification, education and treatment program for women who are pregnant, parenting and substance-involved and their children * 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday (closed 12-1)
Back On Track (16+ years) - 519-673-3130 (Leave a message) - mandatory program for convicted impaired drivers * must be completed before drivers license can be reinstated * set fee
Fresh Start Program - ext 232 - employment initiative for Ontario Works participants with addiction problems * includes assessment, treatment planning, referrals to other addiction and non-addiction services and community treatment from Addiction Services
